Independent Research & Introductions

We find the situation in the public record, then bring together the two parties positioned to resolve it.

The Work

A regulatory action, a contract award, a filing, a deadline written into law — each leaves a mark in the public record. Most of what it signals sits below the surface: an obligation, an exposure, a clock that has already started.

Our work begins there. We read those signals across a defined market, establish what a given one actually puts at stake for the organisation involved, and determine which specialist provider is genuinely placed to help. We confirm that the fit is real on both sides — the exposure, the timing, the capacity — and then we make a single introduction between the two.

That is the whole of it. We do not assemble contact lists, we do not sell the same name to a dozen buyers, and we do not work in volume. Each situation is researched on its own, and an introduction is made only when both parties are served by it. What we sell is the research and the match — not access to a database.

Method

Three steps, in order

01

Read the signal

We monitor public regulatory, contracting, and filing activity across a defined market, and identify the specific situations where a real obligation or deadline has landed on a named organisation.

02

Establish the fit

We work out what the situation genuinely puts at stake, and which provider is credibly positioned to address it — by specialisation, capacity, and standing. Both sides are qualified before anything moves.

03

Make the introduction

When the match holds, we introduce the two parties directly, with the reasoning that connects them. One situation, one provider, one introduction. Where there is no fit, we introduce nothing.
